Farmborough Heights is a southern, medium-
high wealth suburb in the city of Wollongong,
New South Wales, Australia. Farmborough
Heights is situated to the west of Unanderra in
the foothills of Mount Kembla.
Farmborough Heights mainly consists of
separate residential dwellings, but also has a
general store and a take away. The take away
and many other stores were demolished in
2010 to make room for more housing.
Farmborough Heights is a suburban town
located in the local government area of
Wollongong City in the state of New South
Wales. The town is generally a residential
suburb with its own school, the Farmborough
Road Public School. In the past, Farmborough
Heights used to be divided into three separate
farm lands that also became the three original
residences in the suburb. These farms still exist
today along with more than 2,000 homes that
are situated on the properties previously
owned by the three farmers.
